Shipping policy
Shipping is arranged with you by email after purchase. Nothing travels until you have confirmed a date.

- Where we ship
- United States only. We do not ship internationally.
- Carrier & service
- Overnight courier (FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air), live animal service.
- Ship days
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, so no animal is ever in transit over a weekend.
- Processing time
- 1–14 days from purchase, scheduled around safe shipping weather
- Shipping cost
- Quoted per order at the time the date is arranged, based on destination and season. Typically $60–$95.
- Packaging
- Insulated box, deli cup with ventilation and secure padding, plus a heat pack or cool pack sized to the season.
- Delivery requirement
- Overnight courier, adult signature or depot hold required
- Tracking
- Tracking number is emailed the morning the animal leaves, along with a text or email notification from us.
Weather holds
We check the forecast at both ends before booking. If temperatures at origin, destination or the courier hub fall outside a safe range, we postpone at no cost to you. A delayed animal is always better than a dead one.

Regulatory notes
- Captive bred. No wild-caught animals.
- Not listed on any CITES appendix.
- Reptiles are not covered by the USDA Animal Welfare Act, which applies to warm-blooded species. No APHIS licence is required for this species.
- Buyers are responsible for confirming that private ownership of Correlophus ciliatus (crested gecko) is permitted where they live. A small number of municipalities restrict reptile keeping.
